Job title: Web-Based Tools Management Engineer

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 3 Months

Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or Web-based Development; Advanced degree is preferred
• Minimum of five (5) – eight (8) years of Industry experience within Web Content Management Space
• Management experience with driving and implementing new web-based development within Information Management and customer engagement tools
• Experience at translating customer and business requirements into technical requirements, specifications, and tangible product changes
• Experience with implementing AI and automation to enhance and improve functionality and efficiency for customer interface tools experience
• Good understanding of the fundamental aspects of basic security on web applications and platforms
• Experience with technical infrastructure design methodologies and datacenter architectures and automation
• Experience building a cloud governance plan, setting best cloud practices and procedures
• Good understanding of Telecom technologies and processes
